A welcoming secondary school in Haringey is seeking a reliable Caretaker to join their site team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, security and presentation of the school site, ensuring a safe environment for students, staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Opening and locking the school site
Carrying out basic repairs and maintenance
Monitoring health and safety compliance
Setting up rooms for school events and examinations
Liaising with contractors and external visitorsThe Ideal Candidate
Previous caretaker, facilities or site assistant experience
Good practical maintenance skills
Knowledge of health and safety procedures
Ability to work independently and prioritise workload
