Are you an experienced VNA Driver looking to join a fast‑growing logistics operation? We’re recruiting on behalf of a rapidly expanding 3rd Party Logistics warehouse based in Coleshill, offering long-term prospects, great working conditions, and a genuinely supportive team culture.
About the Role
As a VNA Driver, you will be working on a clean, modern site with a fantastic atmosphere and a friendly, collaborative team. You will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations both inside the warehouse and in the yard including picking, packing, PPT and counterbalance work.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a VNA truck safely and efficiently
Carry out a range of warehouse duties, including loading, unloading and stock movement
Support operations across both the warehouse and the yard
Work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and housekeeping
Requirements
Valid VNA Licence – Essential
Counterbalance licence and experience
Reliable, hardworking, and able to adapt to change
Previous warehouse experience beneficial but not required for the right candidate
Pay rate
Starting from £14
Night shift will come with a premium
