Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a caring and committed Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Corby. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about supporting children and helping them thrive both academically and personally.
Working closely with class teachers and the wider support team, you will play a key role in creating a positive learning environment and providing tailored support to pupils across the school.
The Role:
Support teaching and learning activities within the classroom
Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning
Assist in the preparation of classroom resources and learning materials
Support pupils with additional learning needs where required
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in lessons
Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience
Experience working with children in an educational setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
