We’re hiring Lead Generators to join a growing logistics provider supporting businesses across the UK with reliable and efficient transport, distribution, and supply chain solutions. This is a high-energy, target-driven role focused on creating quality opportunities for the senior sales team.
You’ll sit at the front end of the sales process—engaging decision-makers, identifying operational challenges, and starting conversations around how logistics solutions can improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support business growth.
You’ll be working with SMEs across a wide range of sectors, introducing services such as freight forwarding, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain optimisation. Your role is to help businesses identify gaps or inefficiencies in their logistics operations and connect them with solutions that deliver real value.
What you’ll be doing
• Generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Speaking with business owners and logistics/operations decision-makers
• Understanding current supply chain processes and identifying inefficiencies or challenges
• Booking qualified meetings for Business Development Managers
• Building and managing your own pipeline of prospects
• Working towards activity and opportunity-based targets in a fast-paced environment
