We're a car finance brokerage that dealer partners actually enjoy working with. Fast decisions, real support, someone who picks up the phone. That's us. And now we need you to help us keep that standard.
💸 Let's talk money first
£28,000 basic salary with fully uncapped commission on top.
No "up to OTE" smoke and mirrors here. Our team are genuinely earning an extra £2,000 to £2,500 per month in bonuses on top of their basic. Every single month. The structure rewards the people who show up and put the work in — simple as that.
🎯 What the role actually looks like
You'll be the voice our dealer partners hear when they need a deal moving. Supporting them from first enquiry through to funded, building real relationships, and converting opportunities through great service and sharp thinking.
Speed is our biggest selling point. We need someone who brings the same energy.
🏠 The setup
Fully remote. Work from home, a coffee shop, wherever suits you.
📅 Monday to Friday · 9:30am to 6:30pm
📅 Every other weekend · Saturday 9am to 5pm · Sunday 10am to 4pm
💤 One set weekday off on your weekend weeks
🔥 Who we're looking for
Someone who loves a target. Gets a buzz when a deal lands. Wants to earn well and is willing to graft for it. You don't need a specific background — car finance or automotive sales experience is a bonus but we genuinely hire on attitude first.
