Your new role
Scheduling and allocating repairs for electricians across social housing contracts
Managing diaries, updating systems and ensuring jobs are completed within target times
Handling inbound and outbound calls from tenants, operatives and contractors
Logging repairs accurately and maintaining real‑time updatesWhat you'll need to succeed
Experience as a repairs scheduler, planner or coordinator in social housing or maintenance
Strong customer service and communication skills
Confident about using repair systems and managing multiple diaries
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with high call volumes
IT proficiency - Excel is essential.
