Core Group are currently recruiting for 4 experienced Cladders for an ongoing project in Arborfield Green, Reading (RG2 9ZG).

Job Title: Cladder
Location: Arborfield Green, Reading, RG2 9ZG
Start Date: 09/06/2026
Duration: Ongoing
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 (8 hours paid per day)
Rate: £220 - £230 per day (depending on experience)
Cladder Duties
Working externally to install external wall systems.
Installation of weather board systems fixed back to Metsec stud sections.
Sealing all board edges to specification.
Installation of cavity barrier systems secured back to weather boards.
Ensuring all work is completed to the required quality and safety standards.
Logging all works completed using a supplied phone and app-based software.
Requirements
Valid CSCS Card
Full PPE
Previous cladding/external wall system installation experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Own tools preferred
