Chief Financial Officer
£175,000 - £200,000 + Bonus
South Coast, UK | Hybrid (c.3 days per week onsite)
Sectora Group has been exclusively retained to appoint a Chief Financial Officer for a highly successful founder-led international consumer products business.
Following a sustained period of growth, international expansion and significant operational investment, the business is entering a new phase of maturity and is seeking an experienced CFO to help shape its future direction.
This is a highly strategic board-level appointment.
The successful individual will act as a trusted advisor to the Founder and Executive Team, bringing the experience, challenge and commercial insight required to support the next stage of growth.
Key priorities will include:
• Acting as a strategic partner and confidant to the Founder and Board
• Leading future refinancing activities and strengthening banking and funding relationships
• Reviewing capital structure and supporting long-term funding strategy
• Supporting continued international expansion
• Driving commercial and operational performance across a growing international business
• Evaluating existing systems, processes and reporting frameworks to ensure they remain fit for scale
• Helping the organisation move confidently from entrepreneurial success towards its next stage of development
• Providing objective challenge and independent thinking to support high-quality decision making
The successful candidate will likely bring:
• Previous CFO or Finance Director experience within a scaling, founder-led, private equity-backed or entrepreneurial business
• Proven experience leading refinancing projects, debt restructuring, lender negotiations or significant funding initiatives
• Strong commercial and operational acumen beyond traditional finance leadership
• Experience supporting international growth and organisational scaling
• The ability to influence, challenge and build trusted relationships at board level

Location
Candidates can be based anywhere within the UK, provided they are able to spend approximately three days per week on the South Coast and travel internationally when required.
