How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Purpose of the role


    You will be responsible for supporting the Compliance & Sustainability team in ensuring that raw materials and products meet the brand’s highest quality demand and ensuring that we are compliant for global markets and have consistent traceability. Your role will comprise of assisting the team with projects related to the management of raw materials approval, product compliance and testing, sustainability documentation collection and analysis.


    Responsibilities


    • Assisting in the definition of the testing programme, keeping track of test results, and updating internal databases.
    • Communicating with vendors, mills, tanneries and laboratories on test requests, samples shipments and report release status and, chasing for updates.
    • Delivering product compliance reports by preparing data and raw materials trackers
    • Being responsible for data accuracy
    • Building and maintaining a strong team relationship with vendors and internal departments
    • Working closely with the Product Development and Production teams to establish and maintain effective shipping processes

    Knowledge


    • Proficient in Adobe Suite, Excel, PLM, AirTable, PowerBi
    • Able to manage data input/output and produce reports
    • Understanding of Product Compliance and keen interest in learning more
    • Fashion sensibility and knowledge of fashion, including knowledge of trends, the market, peer awareness and understanding the luxury consumer


    Qualifications


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Science or related field
    • 1 to 2 years of experience in Product Compliance and/or Sustainability environments
