Are you a strategic procurement professional with a passion for the talent acquisition space? We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to own and drive our HR and Recruitment Services purchasing category. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of finance, strategy, and human resources, managing end-to-end sourcing for staffing services, executive search, and cutting-edge HR tech across international markets. Key Responsibilities
- Category Management: Lead procurement activities specifically for the global recruitment services portfolio, including staffing agencies, Executive Search vendors, Employer of Record (EOR/TPA) partners, and background check platforms.
- End-to-End Sourcing: Execute the full purchase request lifecycle, from initial sourcing requirements to purchase order execution and meticulous data record maintenance.
- Bidding & Commercial Execution: Support and coordinate competitive project bidding (RFPs/RFQs), assisting with documentation, report preparation, and vendor selection workflows.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market research and data analysis on the global staffing and HR services industry to provide actionable insights for informed, cost-effective procurement decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with HR teams, talent acquisition stakeholders, and internal business units to align procurement strategies with corporate hiring goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 3+ years of professional procurement experience, with a proven track record handling HR, staffing, or corporate professional services categories.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Savvy: High proficiency in enterprise tools (ERP systems, automated OA systems) and advanced Excel capabilities for data analytics.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and independent thinking skills, paired with an adaptive, collaborative approach to teamwork. Excellent communication, organization, and a high sense of professional responsibility are a must.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience navigating fast-paced, international tech environments or cloud service ecosystems.
- Proficiency in professional collaboration platforms (e.g., Lark/Feishu) and modern enterprise workflows.
- Language: Business proficiency or fluency in Chinese is highly preferred to facilitate communication with global headquarters and international vendor networks.
