The Role
Responsibilities may include:
- Site measurement, take-offs, valuations, and cost analysis
- Managing change control and programme adjustments
- Preparing applications for payment and supporting final account settlements
- Assisting with dispute resolution and commercial negotiations
- Material quantification and scheduling
- Attending progress, commercial, and account meetings
- Managing contractor and supply chain documentation requirements
- Supporting the commercial management of major civil engineering and infrastructure projects
What We're Looking For
- Assistant or Intermediate Quantity Surveyors welcome to apply
- Minimum 2 years' experience within a Quantity Surveying role in the UK civil engineering sector
- Full UK driving licence
