D365 Business Central Operations Lead
Manchester | Hybrid (3 days on‑site)
£50,000–£60,000 DOE
We’re hiring a D365 Business Central Operations Lead to own the day‑to‑day operational use of Business Central and ensure it runs as a reliable system of record across the organisation.
This is a hands‑on, business‑facing role focused on user support, transactional accuracy, process discipline, and system adoption — not development or project management.
What you’ll do:
- Act as the primary internal contact for Business Central usage and support
- Provide first‑line support across operations, finance, and supply chain
- Resolve posting errors, stock discrepancies, and transactional issues
- Improve data quality through root‑cause analysis, training, and process change
- Enforce consistent system usage and ways of working
- Deliver user training, documentation, and SOPs
- Support enhancements, adoption, and master data governance
What we’re looking for:
- Hands‑on experience using Dynamics 365 Business Central in a live environment
- Strong understanding of inventory, warehousing, and transactional processes
- Experience supporting ERP users and troubleshooting system issues
- Confident communicator comfortable challenging poor process
