A growing project and cost management consultancy is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects while developing within a collaborative consultancy environment.

The role
You will support and deliver both pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services, working closely with clients and project teams across multiple sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare cost plans, estimates, and budgets
- Undertake valuations and assist with final accounts
- Support procurement and contract administration processes
- Manage project costs throughout the lifecycle
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to support successful delivery
- Contribute to project reporting and commercial management
Requirements
- Experience within a Quantity Surveyor role in consultancy (preferred)
- New build project experience highly desirable
- Strong understanding of pre- and post-contract services
- Good commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across multiple projects and sectors
- Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
