Our client is a high growth ecommerce brand who are looking for a Commercial Planning & Performance Lead to own integrated commercial planning across sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance.
This is a high-impact role responsible for driving profitable growth, improving commercial performance, and ensuring business plans are aligned, actionable, and commercially robust.
The role provides critical insight into forecasting, pricing, promotions, product launches and business performance, supported by hands-on analysis, reporting and performance tracking. Operating with significant autonomy, the role establishes a single, aligned commercial plan that enables effective decision-making and delivers commercial result
The role
- Lead commercial planning, forecasting and performance management across channels, customers and product categories
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and FP&A to align growth plans with operational and financial targets
- Own the integrated commercial planning process, ensuring alignment between sales forecasts, marketing investment, supply chain capacity and financial targets
- Drive revenue growth, margin improvement and customer profitability through data-led decision making
- Own forecasting, pricing, promotional planning and commercial performance reporting
- Lead S&OP participation, balancing customer demand, inventory and supply capabilities
- Develop business insights, performance dashboards and scenario models to support strategic decisions
- Support new product launches, pipeline planning and innovation opportunities
The Person
- Proven commercial leadership experience within FMCG, Consumer Goods or multi-channel environment
- Strong background in commercial planning forecasting revenue management and business performance
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
- Experience leading S&OP or Integrated Business Planning processes
