As the organisation continues to expand internationally, the insights function is undergoing significant evolution. With growing demand, increasing complexity, and a focus on operational excellence, the business is looking for a Consumer Insights & Transformation Lead to drive both team performance and continuous improvement across the European insights function.

The Opportunity:
This is a highly visible leadership position within the organisation, responsible for leading a team of five researchers while driving initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and overall delivery excellence. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for improvement, implement new ways of working, embed tools and technologies, and support the ongoing transformation of the insights function.
The successful candidate will be equally comfortable leading people, managing change, influencing stakeholders, and delivering impactful consumer insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of five researchers across the European insights function
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and delivery frameworks across the insights team
- Lead and support transformation initiatives focused on improving efficiency, scalability, and team effectiveness
- Partner with senior leadership to evolve the structure, capabilities, and operating model of the insights function
- Champion the adoption of new tools, technologies, and AI-enabled approaches to insight generation and delivery
- Manage multiple research workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Coach team members on insight generation, storytelling, stakeholder management, and commercial impact
- Act as a key partner to stakeholders, influencing decision-making through high-quality insights and recommendations
- Monitor team performance, resource allocation, and productivity to ensure consistent delivery excellence
- Support change management initiatives and help embed new processes and ways of working across the team
Requirements:
- Significant experience within market research, consumer insights, analytics, or customer intelligence environments
- Previous experience leading, developing, and mentoring high-performing teams
- Demonstrable experience driving transformation, process improvement, change management, or operational excellence initiatives
- Experience improving team effectiveness, delivery models, operating frameworks, or stakeholder engagement processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple levels of an organisation
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, translating complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Comfortable operating within evolving environments where change, growth, and continuous improvement are key priorities
- Experience implementing new technologies, automation, AI tools, or scalable ways of working would be highly advantageous
