Your new role
As a Resourcer, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring candidates are sourced, vetted, and onboarded efficiently, while delivering an exceptional experience to both clients and workers.
You will be working closely with consultants, clients, and candidates, helping to fill a high volume of roles in a dynamic Heathrow-based operation.
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement
Proactively source candidates using job boards, databases, and internal systems
Screen and qualify candidates against job requirements
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies
Conduct initial telephone interviews and pre-screeningCommunication & Relationship Management
Manage inbound and outbound calls with candidates and clients
Maintain regular contact with candidates throughout the recruitment life cycle
Build strong, long-term relationships to ensure repeat placements and referrals
Communicate professionally via phone, email, and Microsoft TeamsCompliance & Onboarding
Manage full compliance for candidates, ensuring all legal and client requirements are met
Process Right to Work checks, DBS checks, 5-year referencing, and criminal record checks
Assist candidates with airside pass applications, ensuring full documentation accuracy
Maintain up-to-date records in line with GDPR regulationsJob Advertising & Administration
Write engaging job adverts and post across the Hays website and external job boards.
Keep candidate records updated within internal ATS systems
Ensure all candidate data is accurate and compliantPayroll & Timesheet Support
Input and process weekly timesheet data accurately
Liaise with payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate payments
Cross-check and distribute weekly payslips
Handle and resolve payroll and holiday-related queriesPerformance & Targets
Work towards and achieve agreed monthly KPI targets
Support consultants in meeting team revenue and placement goals
Maintain high levels of productivity and organisation in a fast-paced environment
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in administration, recruitment, or customer service
Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling compliance documentation
Comfortable working in a target-driven or KPI-focused environment
Sales experience, or a keen interest in developing sales skills within recruitment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Good working knowledge of GDPR and data handling practicesWhat you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in administration, recruitment, or customer service
Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling compliance documentation
Comfortable working in a target-driven or KPI-focused environment

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 + KPI-based monthly bonus
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30
