A supportive primary school in Lambeth (SW2) is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September.
This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background supporting children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN
Support children with Autism, ADHD, and complex learning needs
Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
Help create a positive, inclusive learning environmentRequirements
Previous SEN experience is essential
Confident supporting children with ASC, ADHD, and complex needs
Patient, resilient, and proactive approach
Strong communication skills
