We are seeking an experienced Rewards Specialist for a 3-month contract in the financial services sector. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in reviewing and enhancing the organisation's reward and compensation framework to ensure it remains competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives and culture.
Working closely with HR and senior stakeholders, you will provide specialist reward expertise across pay structures, incentive schemes, grading frameworks, and broader reward offerings.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or Total Rewards role.
- Strong knowledge of job evaluation, grading methodologies, salary banding, and reward frameworks.
- Experience designing or reviewing bonus and incentive schemes.
- Ability to conduct market benchmarking and interpret reward data.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Previous experience within Financial Services is highly desirable.
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
This role would suit a commercially minded reward professional who can quickly assess current arrangements, provide practical recommendations, and deliver improvements within a fast-paced environment.
