Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional table service in line with luxury hospitality standards
- Welcome and engage guests in a warm, professional, and personable manner
- Develop strong relationships with regular guests and provide a highly personalised service experience
- Present menus, explain dishes and beverages, and confidently make recommendations
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and ensure timely service
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively respond to requests
- Maintain a thorough understanding of menu offerings, ingredients, and daily specials
- Ensure tables and guest areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Handle guest feedback and requests professionally and efficiently
- Support the wider team in achieving exceptional service standards throughout the venue
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years' experience in a waiter/waitress position within luxury hospitality, five-star hotels, fine dining restaurants, premium lounges, or similar high-end environments
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience serving discerning and international clientele
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Professional and polished appearance
- Ability to remain calm, organised, and attentive during busy service periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Fluent English is essential; additional languages would be advantageous
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
