How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Customer Service Representative (Multilingual – European Language Required)


    We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative with fluency in English and at least one additional European language to join our EMEA team in Manchester.


    This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused professional to play a key role in delivering exceptional service across an international customer base.

    About the Role

    As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring enquiries and requests are handled efficiently, accurately, and professionally. You’ll work cross-functionally to resolve issues, manage expectations, and deliver a seamless customer experience.


    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Acting as a primary contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
    • Providing timely, accurate information and resolving queries professionally
    • Coordinating with internal teams to support customer requests and issue resolution
    • Monitoring open orders and proactively following up to meet commitments
    • Keeping customers informed of progress, delays, or changes
    • Maintaining accurate data within CRM and internal systems
    • Supporting order processing, returns, and post-sales enquiries
    • Contributing to continuous improvement of customer service processes


    What We’re Looking For

    • Fluent English (essential)
    • Fluency in at least one additional European language (essential)
    • Previous experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role
    • Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner
    • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
    • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail
    • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems (e.g. Salesforce) preferred
    • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
