Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee, specialty beverages, teas, and refreshments to the highest standards.
- Deliver warm, attentive, and personalised customer service in a luxury hospitality environment
- Build strong rapport with guests and create memorable customer experiences
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the coffee and service areas
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage offerings
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and service standards
- Support stock management, inventory control, and daily operational requirements
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a seamless guest experience
- Uphold the brand's commitment to luxury service, quality, and hospitality excellenc
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6–7 years' experience as a Barista within premium cafés, luxury hotels, fine dining establishments, exclusive lounges, or similar high-end hospitality environments
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional service to a discerning and international clientele
- Professional, polished, and well-groomed presentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent understanding of coffee preparation, extraction techniques, and beverage presentation
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Fluent English is essential; additional language skills would be advantageous
- A genuine passion for hospitality, coffee, and guest service
