How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Performance Marketing Manager

London (1-2 days in office) | Salary: Up to £65,000 DoE | Contract: 6-month FTC (with potential to go permanent)

Forward Role are partnering with an incredible SaaS / Technology business to find an exceptional Performance Marketing Manager for a genuinely exciting contract role, to support them through a very busy period ahead. They have been making waves through the market in recent years, recently recognised in the Financial Times FT1000 Europe's Fastest Growing Companies, and they're now building a world-class growth engine to match their ambition.

This one has real substance to it. They have strong product-market fit. The next phase is about finding message-channel-market fit and scaling it. You'll be working closely with the Head of Growth, with genuine ownership of new paid acquisition channels, CRO across the funnel, and the experimentation strategy that will drive their next stage of growth. Hands-on, high-impact, and visible from day one.

    What you'll be doing:

    Launch & Scale Paid Channels

Launching and managing new acquisition channels including Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, scaling high-performing campaigns while maintaining strong ROAS, testing new audiences, targeting strategies and campaign structures, and collaborating with existing LinkedIn paid channel managers.

    Creative & Message Testing

Developing and testing paid social creative and messaging, identifying high-performing hooks and propositions through structured experimentation, working with the content team to produce and iterate on creative, and continuously refining messaging toward stronger message-market fit.

    CRO & Landing Page Optimisation

Owning CRO across all paid acquisition funnels, building and optimising campaign-specific landing pages, running structured A/B testing programmes, and improving conversion rates across key funnel stages.

    AI-Driven Creative Velocity

Using AI tools and workflows to increase creative testing speed, building systems for rapidly testing new ad concepts and messaging, and driving faster experimentation across campaigns and creative.

    What they're looking for:

4-6+ years in performance marketing, paid social or growth marketing, strong hands-on experience running Meta advertising campaigns, experience with Google Ads or other paid acquisition channels, a proven track record of strong ROAS and scalable campaign performance, experience improving CRO across landing pages and funnels, and a strong analytical mindset.

    Nice to have:

Experience using AI tools to increase creative velocity, LinkedIn advertising experience, ability to build landing pages in Webflow or similar, and a background in startups or high-growth environments.

This is a 6-month FTC structured to become permanent for the right hire. The salary is up to £60,000 with flexibility for an exceptional candidate.
