How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Sales Support Administrator - Italian Speaker


    We are looking for a fluent Italian-speaking Sales Support Administrator to join our growing EMEA team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and wants to play a key role in driving sales and delivering exceptional service.

    About the Role

    As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be at the heart of our customer operations, supporting sales growth across the EMEA region. You will manage customer enquiries, process orders, and provide timely, accurate information, ensuring a seamless experience from enquiry to delivery.


    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Managing customer interactions via phone, email, and CRM systems
    • Processing orders and handling straightforward quotations
    • Following up on quotes to maximise conversion and secure business
    • Liaising with Sales Engineers to respond to product enquiries
    • Coordinating orders end-to-end to ensure on-time, in-full delivery
    • Creating pro forma invoices and supporting payment follow-ups
    • Maintaining accurate customer data in CRM and ERP systems
    • Supporting key accounts and contributing to regional sales targets


    What We’re Looking For

    • Fluent Italian AND English (essential)
    • Experience in a sales support, customer service, or order processing role (3–5 years preferred)
    • Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-first mindset
    • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce desirable)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
    • A proactive, team-oriented approach with a drive to exceed targets
