We recruit for both temporary and permanent positions across a wide range of construction disciplines, from trades and labour to management and professional roles.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer to join our team and play a key role in sourcing and attracting top construction talent.
What You’ll Learn
1. How to source and engage construction professionals across various sectors.
2. How to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
3. How to utilise job boards, social media, and industry networks to identify talent.
4. How to manage candidate interview processes from initial screening through to placement.
5. How to understand construction projects, labour requirements, and market trends.
6. How to organise and manage your workload effectively to maximise success.
7. How to work collaboratively with experienced recruiters and contribute to team performance.
8. How to provide high-quality candidates to some of the UK’s leading construction companies.
Key Responsibilities
* Search for and identify suitable candidates for construction vacancies.
* Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
* Advertise vacancies across recruitment platforms and social media.
* Build talent pipelines for current and future projects.
* Maintain accurate candidate records and compliance documentation.
* Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
