How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Join Our Market Leading Online Retailer as a Marketing Coordinator!

    Location: Greater London (Hybrid)

    Contract Duration: 5 months initially

    Daily Rate: £277 - £307 PAYE

    What You’ll Do:

    As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our marketing efforts. Your role will include:

    • Assisting with Campaign Development: Collaborate with our marketing team to design and execute exciting campaigns that resonate with our audience.
    • Social Media Management: Create engaging content for our social media platforms, increase our online presence, and connect with our customers.
    • Market Research: Dive into trends and consumer insights to keep us ahead of the game and help shape our strategies.
    • Collaborative Projects: Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing initiatives align with our overall business goals.
    • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


    What We’re Looking For:

    • A proven background in marketing including social media marketing, email campaigns and working with agencies.
    • A passion for marketing and a keen interest in eCommerce or will have worked in a large corporate environment.
    • SAP and any invoicing would be a bonus
    • Strong communication and organisational skills.
    • Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools.
    • A proactive, can-do attitude that thrives on collaboration and teamwork.
