Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering both our products and our commitment to customers. This is a physical, customer-facing position that goes beyond driving—it centres on service, teamwork, and pride in your work.
Conduct daily vehicle checks and ensure safe and efficient loading of goods each morning.
Review delivery notes and route plans to guarantee accurate and timely deliveries.
Deliver kegs, cases, and bottles professionally and carefully to a variety of hospitality venues.
Communicate confidently with customers, address any delivery concerns, and accommodate special requests when required.
Complete all necessary paperwork, including delivery notes, returns, and collections.
Safely and correctly return empty kegs, cases, and gas bottles.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold customer trust at all times.
Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols, particularly concerning manual handling and cellar duties.
Assist in warehouse operations as needed and present yourself smartly in uniform.
