How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    • Act as the primary point of contact for incidents, issues, and escalations across global users and trading functions
    • Support real-time production environments where speed, accuracy, and stability are essential
    • Troubleshoot application, data, and integration issues across cloud-based systems and APIs
    • Work closely with engineering, product, and data teams to ensure rapid incident resolution and system stability
    • Monitor application performance and proactively identify risks or service degradation

    • Support release and deployment activities for new product features within client environments
    • Contribute to incident reviews, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement initiatives
    • Operate effectively across global time zones within a follow-the-sun support model

    Technical Requirements:

    • Experience in Application Support, Production Support, or Trade Floor Support within financial services or fintech environments
    • Strong understanding of cloud-based applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems
    • Experience supporting APIs, data flows, and integrated enterprise platforms
    • Familiarity with incident management and monitoring tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, PagerDuty or similar)
    • Basic scripting ability (Python, SQL, or similar) desirable for troubleshooting and automation
    • Exposure to trading systems, market data, or real-time transaction environments is highly desirable
    • Comfortable working in global support models with 24/7 coverage expectations
