Key Responsibilities
- Managing construction projects from pre-construction through to handover
- Leading site teams, including Site Managers, engineers, and subcontractors
- Developing and maintaining project programmes and ensuring adherence to timelines
- Managing project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting
- Ensuring compliance with all health & safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinating with design teams, consultants, and stakeholders
- Monitoring quality standards and overseeing inspections and snagging processes
- Identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Reporting on project progress to senior management and key stakeholders
About You
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry
- Strong track record delivering residential or mixed-use developments
- Degree or HNC/HND in Construction Management or a related discipline
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets effectively
- Thorough understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project delivery
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure
- SMSTS (essential)
- CSCS card (essential)
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
- Experience working for a main contractor or developer
- Knowledge of JCT or NEC forms of contract
- First Aid qualification
- Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. CIOB)

Salary description
£65000.00 - £75000.00 per year
