You will play a vital role in fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment and supporting the school's mission of promoting a love for learning.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support for pupils with ALN, including Autism, ADHD, and behavioural or communication difficulties, in both small groups and 1:1 settings.
* Promote positive behaviour strategies and help pupils regulate their emotions and responses in the classroom.
* Collaborate with teachers to implement personalised learning and behaviour support plans.
* Support inclusive learning by adapting activities and materials to meet diverse pupil needs.
* Assist in preparing classroom resources that encourage engagement and emotional development.
* Track pupil progress and provide feedback to staff and parents as appropriate.
