We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy manufacturing facility based in Shoeburyness. With the opportunity to go temp to perm for the right candidate, this is a great chance to secure a long-term role!
The Role
You will be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, primarily carrying out packing duties to ensure products are processed efficiently and to a high standard. This is a physically demanding role, and you will be required to stand for the duration of your shift.
Hours & Pay
Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00 (ad hoc shifts)
£12.91 per hour
Temp to permanent available for candidates who demonstrate good performance
Key Responsibilities
Packing and processing products to set targets and quality standards
Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse area
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Working as part of a team to meet daily warehouse goals
Requirements
Recent experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is essential
Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Good attention to detail
