We’re looking for hardworking and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and friendly distribution team in Willand. This is a fast-paced, active role suited to people who enjoy being on their feet, working with a great team and getting stuck in.
The Role
Picking and packing orders accurately
Loading and unloading deliveries
Moving stock throughout the warehouse
Using scanners and warehouse equipment
Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
Working towards daily targets as part of a supportive team
What We’re Looking For
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Good attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable with manual handling and being active throughout the shift
Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential — full training provided
Hours & Pay
£13.10 per hour
Enhanced rate of £14.15 per hour after 6pm
Monday to Friday working pattern — weekends free
