Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
Engage in operational duties supporting critical capacity restoration activities.Key Responsibilities:
Deploy and operate high-capacity DWDM systems.
Diagnose and resolve optical DWDM network issues.
Manage multiple responsibilities across product development and operations.Must-Have Skills:
DWDM/Optical Network Systems Experience:Direct, hands-on experience is essential.
Network Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Ability to maintain high availability and reliability.
Project Management/Time Management: Strong organizational skills to balance responsibilities.Nice-to-Have Skills:
Automation Scripting (Python/Bash/Shell/Perl): Drive operational excellence through automation.
Network Design and Architecture: Contribute to scaling discussions and design implementations.
Cross-Platform Integration Experience: Familiarity with integrating hardware and software across platforms.Candidate Requirements:
Experience: Optical Network Operations/Support role.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in DWDM, optical transport networks, and fibre infrastructure.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ownership Mindset: Act as an owner of the optical network infrastructure.Performance Indicators:
Proven track record in 24/7 operational environments with on-call responsibilities.
