Are you an experienced Account Manager with a passion for building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service?
Our client is looking for a proactive and commercially minded individual to manage existing accounts, identify new business opportunities, and support customer projects from enquiry through to completion.
What you'll be doing:
Managing and developing customer relationships
Preparing quotations and costings
Identifying opportunities for account growth
Coordinating customer projects and orders
Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams
Maintaining accurate records using CRM and business systems
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in Account Management, Sales or Business Development
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Commercial awareness and confidence discussing pricing
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Desirable:
Experience within a project-led environment
An eye for design, colour and presentation
Experience preparing quotations or estimates
Knowledge of Sage 50
