Commercial Property Solicitor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join my client's team in their York office.

The Role

We are looking for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3-5+ years' post-qualification experience in commercial property matters.

The successful candidate will have experience in:

• Working within a busy Commercial Property department
• Handling a broad range of commercial property transactions
• Building strong client relationships and understanding clients' business objectives
• Managing their own caseload with appropriate support and supervision
• Delivering high levels of client care and professional service

You will join a busy and experienced team, working on a varied caseload and benefiting from direct client contact. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad, hands-on experience across a range of commercial property matters, with training and support provided where required.
