This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in probate and estate administration who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of probate and estate administration matters.
* Advise clients on wills, trusts, inheritance tax, and estate planning.
* Prepare applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Ensure matters are progressed efficiently and compliantly.
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Fee Earner with probate experience.
* Strong technical knowledge of private client matters.
* Excellent communication and client care skills.
* Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
