How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Our client is a high-growth capital markets Fintech firm. They provide advanced, automated solutions that support some of the world’s leading financial institutions, helping to streamline complex operational processes and improve efficiency across global markets.

    Due to continued success and expansion, the business is expanding its Customer Success Team and requires an experienced collateral management operations professional with the ability to continuously improve the client relationship’s and ensure maximum utilization of the product provided.

    The successful applicant will have extensive collateral management experience and the ability to build & maintain client relationships and encourage maximum adoption of a vendor product.

    THE ROLE:

    This position sits at the heart of the Client Success team and plays a critical role in driving client value, retention, and growth across a key product offering. It requires a strong foundation in collateral management operations, combined with the confidence to manage client relationships in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.

    You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of service to all collateral clients while supporting the retention and expansion of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). This includes managing the full client lifecycle—from onboarding through to renewal and growth—identifying potential risks, and working collaboratively with Sales, Product, and Business Solutions teams to deliver impactful outcomes.

    The role blends operational expertise with strategic account management responsibilities. Day-to-day activities will include client support, service delivery, handling escalations, relationship management, and feeding client insights into product development. It is well suited to someone looking to transition from an operational collateral role into a more strategic, client-facing position.

    Reporting to the Global Customer Success Director, you will oversee a portfolio of key collateral clients and work alongside onboarding and support teams to consistently deliver strong results and build long-term partnerships.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Act as a subject matter expert in collateral management, supporting existing clients and increasing product adoption across the client base

    · Serve as the main point of contact throughout the client lifecycle, building relationships with key stakeholders and focusing on delivering measurable business value through to renewal

    · Take ownership of maintaining and growing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) across both existing live clients and those onboarding onto the platform

    · Develop and manage reporting on client usage of collateral products

    · Lead regular service review meetings with clients and internal stakeholders, and participate in onboarding activities where required

    · Partner with Sales and Business Solutions teams during the transition of new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding in collaboration with the onboarding team

    · Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including triparty agents, to support client success and growth

    · Work closely with Product and Business Solutions teams to represent client needs, contribute to enhancement discussions, and communicate product updates and roadmap progress to clients

    · Maintain a working understanding of related products to support client queries and identify cross-selling opportunities

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Become a Collateral SME to support their existing clients and grow adoption across the client base

    · Primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle, developing relationships with key stakeholders & maintaining a focus on driving business value through to renewal.

    · Primary focus on “Annual Recurring Revenue” (ARR) maintenance for each client, covering both existing clients that are live, and new clients that are onboarding to the service.

    · Create/own reporting of each clients’ Collateral product usage

    · Own regular service reviews with all Collateral related clients and relevant teams, and join onboarding calls where required

    · Work closely with Sales and Business Solutions teams on handover of new services to be onboarded, and oversee this with the client onboarding team

    · Build relationships with all external parties, such as the triparty agents, to support and grow our customer base

    · Work closely with Business Solutions and Product Development teams to represent voice of the client and initial requirements for enhancements, and be able to articulate the roadmap and statuses of enhancement requests to client at all times

    · Working knowledge of other relevant to direct client inquiries and support cross-selling efforts

    SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

    · Proven experience in collateral management operations, ideally within Securities Lending and/or Repo markets

    · Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust with clients

    · Effective problem-solving capabilities and a proactive, client-focused mindset

    · Demonstrated ability to manage and develop client relationships, monitor client health, and drive product adoption through to renewal

    · Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including senior and executive audiences

    · Comfortable leveraging AI-driven tools to improve efficiency across client communication, reporting, data analysis, and research
