Global Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading engineering and manufacturing business in the Coatbridge area.
Due to continued growth and increased workloads, we are looking to speak with experienced and motivated individuals for the following positions:
* CNC Milling Operators / Machinists
* Manual Horizontal Borers
* CNC Plasma & Laser Operators
These are 13-week temp-to-perm opportunities, offering the chance to join a well-established employer with a strong order book and long-term career prospects.
Candidate Requirements
Successful applicants should possess:
* Previous experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
* The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Experience working to tight tolerances and quality standards.
* A strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
* A reliable and positive approach to work.
* Flexibility to work shifts where required.
Pay & Benefits
During the initial 13-week agency period, payment is available via:
✔ CIS
✔ Umbrella
✔ PAYE
Typical Rates Available
CNC Milling Operators / Machinists
* Dayshift: £25.00 per hour
* Backshift / Nightshift: £30.00 per hour
* Overtime: £37.00 per hour
Manual Horizontal Borers
* Competitive rates dependent on experience.
* Overtime opportunities available.
CNC Plasma & Laser Operators
* Dayshift: £20.00 per hour
* Backshift / Nightshift: £26.00 per hour
* Overtime: £30.00 per hour
