Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop retail teams
* Drive sales, margin and KPI performance
* Ensure excellent customer service standards
* Support stock control and commercial planning
* Act as Duty Manager and support the wider leadership team

* Strong retail management experience
* Commercially focused with experience managing budgets and KPIs
