Looking for an exciting opportunity to work as a Nursery Nurse /Teaching Assistant in a vibrant School in Wigan.
Tradewind are currently recruiting for a Nursery Teaching assistant working 5 days a week from September for the full academic year until July 2027. You will be working from (phone number removed)pm.
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a fun and engaging environment for children to learn and grow. Your responsibilities will include providing support to the teaching staff, preparing and delivering activities, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the children.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a Nursery or Early Years setting, a relevant qualification, and a passion for working with young children. You will also possess excellent communication skills, be flexible, and able to work well within a team.
To join us and be successful in this role you will need to:
NVQ level 2 qualification
Experience of working with Early Years children
SEN experience would be an advantage.
Experience of working in a relevant classroom environment
Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
Legal right to work in the UK
