How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of one of the most strategically important ecommerce channels within a major international business. Operating across multiple European markets, the Amazon Category Lead will drive performance, profitability and growth across the Amazon 1P channel while leading a high performing team and managing one of the most important retail partnerships in the business.

    The Role

    The Senior Amazon Lead will be responsible for leading Amazon performance across multiple European markets, owning the commercial relationship and delivering against ambitious growth targets.

    Working within a category led structure, you will develop and execute strategic plans that maximise sales, profitability and market share while ensuring operational excellence across the channel.

    This role requires a highly commercial individual who understands how to unlock growth through Amazon, combining strong trading expertise with exceptional stakeholder management and leadership capability.

    What You'll Be Doing

    Own the performance of the Amazon 1P channel across multiple European markets
    Lead the development and delivery of Joint Business Plans, ensuring alignment with wider commercial objectives
    Manage the strategic relationship with Amazon, leading trading discussions, investment planning and growth initiatives
    Develop and execute promotional strategies across key trading events including Prime Day and peak trading periods
    Drive best in class product content and optimisation across all markets to maximise visibility and conversion
    Partner with supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock availability and minimise lost sales opportunities
    Analyse performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
    Lead, coach and develop a team responsible for Amazon trading and execution
    Work closely with marketing, finance, supply chain and category teams to deliver commercial targets
    Provide insight and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support strategic decision makingWhat We're Looking For

    Strong experience managing Amazon Vendor Central and 1P trading environments across multiple markets
    Proven track record delivering growth through Amazon within a consumer products, retail, fashion, footwear, lifestyle or FMCG environment
    Experience developing and executing Joint Business Plans with Amazon
    Strong understanding of Amazon trading levers, promotional mechanics and commercial drivers
    Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial decisions
    Experience leading and developing teams within a fast paced ecommerce environment
    Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple functions
    Commercially minded with a passion for driving growth and performance
