Responsibilities:
* Planning, delivering, and assessing lessons (KS3–KS4, KS5 where applicable)
* Providing constructive feedback to support student progress
* Using formative and summative assessment to monitor achievement
* Attending departmental meetings and communicating effectively with parents and carers
* Sharing best practice within and beyond the department
* Supporting extracurricular and enrichment activities that enhance learning beyond the classroom
Qualifications & Requirements:
* PGCE with a relevant Bachelor's degree, Bachelor of Education, or equivalent teaching qualification
* Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
* Strong subject knowledge
* Good understanding of the British Curriculum
* High standards of classroom practice
* Ability to work collaboratively and creatively with colleagues
