How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    £55,000 - £65,000 + Travel Expenses + Private Healthcare + Dental + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Pension + Structured Chartership Support + Career Progression + Other Benefits

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing construction consultancy, delivering high-value residential and mixed-use developments across the UK. You will benefit from exposure to high-value projects, structured professional development, and clear, merit-based progression within a highly ambitious business.

Are you a Project Manager with consultancy experience looking to lead projects from inception through to completion? Do you want to work on major residential developments while accelerating your career within a company that actively promotes from within?

This rapidly growing project management and development consultancy delivers project management and employer's agent services across large-scale residential, student accommodation and co-living developments, alongside selected commercial and industrial projects. Following significant growth and a strong pipeline of repeat business, they are now looking to expand their project management team.

You will join a close-knit and highly collaborative team based in Central London, working primarily from the office with occasional travel to project sites across the UK. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will take ownership of projects ranging from £50-£100m throughout the full lifecycle, managing consultants, contractors and key stakeholders while ensuring successful delivery against programme, budget and quality objectives.

This role would suit an ambitious and motivated Project Manager with consultancy experience who wants to progress their career, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to work on some of the UK's most exciting residential-led developments.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager to join a rapidly growing consultancy, working on flagship developments while receiving structured training, chartership support, and clear progression into senior leadership positions.

    The Role:

Leading high-value residential, student accommodation and co-living developments from inception through to completion
Managing project programmes, budgets, risks, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders
Office-based in Central London with occasional site travel
Structured training, mentorship and support towards chartership
    The Person:

Project Management experience within a construction consultancy environment
Experience delivering residential projects, ideally alongside commercial, industrial or education sectors
Strong understanding of project delivery, programme management, risk management and cost control
Working towards or currently holding a professional chartership (RICS or similar)
Ambitious, proactive and motivated to progress within a growing consultancy

    Reference Number: BBBH(phone number removed)
