As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who have a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and moderate learning difficulties. You will provide tailored support to help students access learning, build confidence, and develop essential life skills.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing 1:1 and small group support as a SEN Teaching Assistant
Supporting pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development
Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
