This is an exceptional opportunity for a lawyer looking to build a market-leading ECM practice within one of the most internationally recognised capital markets teams in the world.
The team has advised on a number of the most significant and innovative equity transactions in recent years, including landmark London IPOs, dual listings, SPAC and de-SPAC transactions, and cross-border offerings involving issuers across Europe, the Middle East and emerging markets.
Recent matters have included:
• Advising the National Investment Fund of the Republic of Uzbekistan on its landmark IPO and dual listing on the London Stock Exchange and Tashkent Stock Exchange.
• Advising Canal+ on its London Stock Exchange listing following its spin-off from Vivendi.
• Advising Samsung on its direct listing of GDRs on the London Stock Exchange.

• Join a genuinely integrated capital markets practice where UK, European and US securities lawyers work as one team rather than separate silos.
• Benefit from direct access to highly experienced partners and a lean team structure that offers significant responsibility from an early stage.
• Work on transactions involving leading issuers, financial institutions and sponsors from across the globe.
• Receive Cravath-scale compensation and market-leading benefits.
