Progress towards industry exams would be beneficial.
Key responsibilities:
- Underwrite SME Package, Property Owners, Home, and Office risks.
- Assess and price risks in line with underwriting guidelines.
- Manage quotations, renewals, and mid-term adjustments.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers to support growth and retention.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
- Monitor market trends and contribute to product and business development initiatives.
