We are hiring a HR Business Partner to support campuses across the UK and Ireland, delivering practical, hands-on HR support and leading on complex employee relations matters.
This is a hybrid role, with travel (2–3 days per week) to our Head Office in Warwick (moving to Bedworth, Coventry – September 2026) and regional sites.
About you
- Strong generalist HR experience with ER focus
- Experience in multi-site environments
- Confident, practical and solutions-focused
- CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent)

Key responsibilities
- Lead on employee relations casework across multiple locations
- Partner with Campus Principals and senior leaders to deliver practical HR support
- Advise and coach managers through formal and informal HR processes
- Build strong, collaborative stakeholder relationships across sites
- Support organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives
- Travel regularly to campuses to support casework and engagement activity
