We’re excited to be partnering with a well-known fashion brand as they open the doors to their brand-new office in Watford — and we’re looking for a can-do, proactive Temporary Receptionist to be the face of this new location.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, stylish environment and hit the ground running during an exciting period of growth.
Key Details:
- Start Date: 22nd June
- Initial Training: Full handover for 2 weeks in the London West End (must be able to travel to Bond Street)
- Location (post-handover): Watford (near Watford Junction)
- Duration: 2 months + (with potential to extend) 8.30am-5.30pm
- Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour
What You’ll Be Doing
As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly:
- Managing a high volume of visitors, signing guests in and out
- Providing professional front-of-house support
- Coordinating meeting rooms and bookings
- Assisting with facilities and office setup tasks
- Conducting new office tours for staff and visitors
- Handling post, deliveries, and couriers
- Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative duties

- Previous reception or front-of-house experience
- Confident communicator with a friendly, can-do attitude
- Highly organised and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Someone who is proactive and adaptable, ready to hit the ground running
- Strong attention to detail and professional presentation
