We are looking for a friendly and helpful Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a remote position and the successful candidate will be responsible for answering customer inquiries and providing assistance to customers via email and chat.
Role Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients by effectively communicating with them via email, or chat to address their queries, resolve their concerns, and provide product information. You will also work closely with other departments to escalate or troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a similar role, such as Customer Service Representative, is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues, research and recommend solutions to management and clients
- Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail
- Experience in a remote work environment is a plus

- Proficiency in using computers

- Have experience with Shopify.
- Located around Liverpool,UK.
This is a full-time position(40 hours per week) with flexible hours.
