HR Generalist – Fast-Growing Global Engineering Business

I’m delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing, globally operating engineering business as they look to appoint an HR Generalist to join their team at a really exciting stage of their journey.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that has recently secured private equity backing, giving them the platform to accelerate growth – while still maintaining a close-knit, family feel culture.
Working directly with the Managing Director, you’ll play a key role in shaping and supporting the people strategy as the organisation continues to scale.
🔧 The Role
This is a broad, hands-on HR role where no two days are the same. You’ll be involved across the full employee lifecycle, including:
- Supporting managers with employee relations, performance, and engagement
- Owning recruitment activity and onboarding processes
- Driving HR processes, policies, and continuous improvement
- Supporting organisational growth and change initiatives
- Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership, including the MD

- Proven experience in a generalist HR role
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Confident working closely with senior stakeholders
- Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused
- Ideally experience within engineering, manufacturing, or technical environments (preferred but not essential)
