My client is a reputable and well established organisation who prides themselves on advancing digestive health and introducing innovation into the medical devices market place.
They are looking for someone to fulfil an immediate, 9 - 12 month fixed term contract
The position is to cover the Southern regions of England.
Responsibilities in this role include:
- Performing product demonstrations to clinicians & patients, and gathering their feedback.
- You will be tasked with facilitating training sessions with hospital sites, as well as providing patient support and assisting with product installation with patients
Functions of the role include:
- Schedule training sessions and attending multi-disciplinary team meetings as required
- Provide a responsive and caring customer service that focuses on clear communication, problem solving and empathy.
- Involved in the on boarding of new hospitals & patients.
- Develop and implement training materials for clinicians and nurses
- Regular travel within the South England region
About you:
- Experience within the medical devices market place and in-depth knowledge of the current landscape
- Experience with public speaking and providing education to a range of disciplines
- Familiar and comfortable with technology
- Confident socially
- Ability to work autonomously and be self-driven.
